• Create user manuals, FAQs, and how-to guides for our web and mobile apps.
• Assist in designing and improving mobile app UI.
• Develop and document test plans for app features.
• Draft SOPs for software installation and internal processes.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure clear and accurate technical documentation.

• Responsible for handling telephone or video calls on demand and renders meaning of conversations in the consecutive mode of interpretation between speakers of Mandarin/Cantonese and English. 
• The calls may involve simple or complex, non-technical or technical subjects.

Responsibilities 

• Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.
• To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
• Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

• Ability to work/ handle the project independently or teamwork
• Experience in application design and identify the pros and cons of a technical solution.
• Experience in writing clean, high-quality, maintainable code and integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
• Design and develop frontend and backend for Web Application
• Design and develop REST APIs for mobile application
