Job Description Position Production Supervisor
Production supervision involves overseeing a manufacturing process to ensure that products develop and materialize efficiently, safely, and at a high-quality level. This includes managing production schedules, coordinating with employees and management, and resolving issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities of a Production Supervisor: -
• Developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production objectives
• Monitoring production processes to ensure that they are operating safely and efficiently, and identifying areas for improvement
• Coordinating and assigning tasks to production staff, and ensuring that all staff members receive appropriate training to perform routine duties effectively
• Conducting regular equipment and machinery inspections to identify potential issues and coordinating with maintenance staff to make sure repairs and servicing happen as necessary
• Ensuring that quality control standards and protocols apply to a production process and
addressing quality-related issues that may arise
• Managing inventory levels and coordinating with supply chain staff to ensure that raw
materials, and other supplies are available according to the schedule
