Importation and Logistics Management:
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate and manage the import process for CBU cars, including customs clearance and transportation logistics.
•⁠ ⁠Liaise with shipping companies, customs brokers, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and timely importation.
•⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain relationships with logistics service providers to optimize shipping and delivery schedules.
•⁠ ⁠Address and resolve any logistical issues that may arise.
•⁠ ⁠Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations.

Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI):
•⁠ ⁠Oversee the PDI process to ensure all imported CBU cars meet the company's quality standards before delivery to dealers.
•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement PDI procedures and checklists to ensure thorough inspections.
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the technical team to address and resolve any issues identified during the PDI process.
•⁠ ⁠Continuously evaluate and improve PDI processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Inventory Management:
•⁠ ⁠Manage the inventory of imported CBU cars, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
•⁠ ⁠Monitor stock levels and coordinate with sales and operations teams to align inventory with demand forecasts.
•⁠ ⁠Oversee the maintenance of aging vehicles to ensure they remain in excellent condition.
•⁠ ⁠Follow up on issues related to the inland transportation segment to ensure timely and efficient resolution.

Compliance and Documentation:
•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with all relevant import regulations and standards.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all import and logistics activities.
•⁠ ⁠Prepare and submit necessary reports to regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
