Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product information to potential clients.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to close deals.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Collaborate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely delivery of orders.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote company products.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO 9001:2015 standards where applicable.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a manufacturing industry.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Own transport and willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is an advantage
