Job Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic,
- Automation or related Engineering disciplines.
- Min 1-3 years related experience in Semiconductor manufacturing background or relevant experience from other industry such as plastics vacuum thermal forming, tooling, equipment.
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Posseses good knowledge in Carrier Tape & Cover Tape Processes are the added advantage.
- Familiar with Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other Problem-Solving skills.
- Self-motivated, possess initiative and ability to work independently to execute the actions
- in fast paced environment.
- Team player, can-do attituded, strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and report
- writing skills.
- Ability to listen / read / write Mandarin is a MUST for dealing with China headquarter personnel directly.
- It is China company, need deal with China, all system in Chinese
