📌 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and talent sourcing strategies
- Proven ability to lead and mentor recruitment teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Experience in high-volume hiring and employer branding initiatives is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset
