📌Admin Assistant (Receptionist)‼️
Job Responsibilities
• Greeting and welcoming visitors in professional manners
• Handling phone calls
• Managing appointments and schedules
• Perform general administrative task; filing, data entry and documentation preparation
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place order as necessary
• Customer service representatives
• Monitor and manage visitor access to the premises
• Report any security issues or incidents to the appropriate personnel
• Assist and carry out any other related function assigned by Admin & HR Manager
Job Requirement/Qualifications
• SPM/Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or related field is an advantage
• Fresh Graduate/minimum 6 month working experience
• Familiarity with office equipment and Microsoft Office
• Able to write and communicate in Bahasa and English
• Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
