📌Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting / Finance related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Professional accounting certification
• Experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Able to speak, read and write English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
• Able to work independently

📌Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the preparation of a full set of accounts including handling general ledger &
payments activities.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with historical.
• Resolve accounting issues involving sister entities & cross functions.
• Prepare invoices, DN, CN, and contra notes. E.g., rental of properties, management fees, interest
charges, etc.
• Monitor and update the cash position of the respective company.
• Prepare monthly general journal for salary, depreciation, unrealized foreign exchange differences,
accruals, prepayments, etc.
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Prepare schedules for the closure of monthly management accounts.
• Prepare and monitor receivables aging
• Manage credit control and timely collections, liaising with customers and stakeholders to settle any
dispute in relation to invoicing
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, timelessness, and data integrity of financial data
• Preparing monthly tax estimates and schedules
• Liaising with external and internal auditors for areas related to assigned responsibilities
