📌Requirements
📚 Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in backend IC design (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals may also be considered).

📌Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of digital IC design flow, from RTL synthesis to GDSII.
- Hands-on experience with EDA tools (e.g., Synopsys, Cadence, or Mentor Graphics).
- Proficiency in static timing analysis (STA), power optimization, and DRC/LVS checks.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Tcl, Perl, Python, or Shell) for design automation.
- Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and design-for-manufacturability (DFM).
