Bachelor's degree or above

Additional Skills: Knowledge and experience in quality management, equipment management, production safety management, procurement, and logistics management are preferable.

Responsibilities:
(1) Gradually build a technical and production manufacturing team based on the company's development stage and manage the team.
(2) Introduce relevant products and technologies from PROSURGE and localize them according to the company's development stage.
(3) Organize local production.
(4) Manage the introduction and administration of plant facilities and production equipment at the local factory.
(5) Manage production safety at the local factory.
(6) Control management of costs at the local factory.
(7) Manage quality control management at the local factory.
(8) Other production and operational management duties.
Salary: RM 6,000–9,000/month, double salary at year-end, with transportation and related allowances provided.
