📌 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and talent sourcing strategies
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and high-volume hiring is an added advantage
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
